Ordering Beef
1. Choose the

2. To send the form,
you may:

- Mail to: 6108 Mondell Road, Sharpsburg, MD 21782
3. We require
a $300 deposit on all orders. The remainder is due upon pick up of the beef.
The total is determined by the hanging weight of the animal.
Mail your check or money order to 6108 Mondell Road, Sharpsburg, MD 21782.
(There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned check.)
(Orders will be not processed until the check has been cleared.)
4. We will contact
you to confirm the receipt of the form, payment, and schedule pickup of your beef order.
IMPORTANT: If
you are not able to pick up your beef as scheduled, please call Brian Poffenberger at 301-991-0259. There is a
$10/day storage fee for all beef not picked up as scheduled.
